Return Policies
To ensure our customers/'s satisfaction, we will give a full refund on an item if the following criteria are met:
- An item is new, unopened, and unused.
- You notify us within 3 days after receiving your order. To notify us, simply write us an email with
1) your order/invoice number,
2) your name and address,
3) your item that you would like to return and
4) the reason you are returning the item.
Once you receive a return acceptance email from us, securely pack the item and mail it to us. We must receive the return item within 14 days from the date on the return acceptance email. No exceptions. ThaiCookingHouse will not be responsible for any returned shipping expenses.
If you do not receive your order, you can file a claim for loss with USPS within 180 days.
