Wonderfully simple and at the same time fine-tuned with flavor from roasted chili paste and other ingredients. This dish
has a good compliment of textures and goes great with rice and a wide variety of other dishes. The fried veggies and meat integrate well
with various American dishes for example, but again add a few other touches such as the roasted chili paste which itself brings an
